I'm starting to acquire all the extra equipment for a correct "in universe" costume.
As an old infantry frontline officer, I couldn't think of myself as a controller as Lt. Gorman, but I'm always has been at front of my guys in training and operation, so I would like to mix the canon officer attire with a combat armor and m41a rifle (which is the only part mostly ready at this time)
.So I was thinking of using a green bdu with all the patches (like Lt. Gorman) to wear under the standard colour M3 armor (still customized) with all the bells and whistles.
For you could it be an acceptable solution or it's to stretched?
