Note: When I ordered my dog tags a couple of years ago I had to pick a number, so I chose A78/TQ2.0.1801E1. Is it possible to get the same assigned service number?

Welcome to the forums Corporal Camino!
I don't want to dictate to anyone how they 'fan', so if you've your own unique Service Number, that's prefect.
One of the reason's for the SN Register is to try and ensure there are no duplicate SNs, which is especially important (I feel) for things such as getting SN tattoos.
