How to use the calander for event sign ups

In the past, creating events through the forum entailed creating a thread, then people would add their name to the list in the replies.

The forum now has the ability to organize events through the calendar tab.

How to create an event.

1. Click on the calendar tab, it is next to the quick links tab at the top of the forum.
2. Click "add calendar event"
3. Fill out the appropriate information for your event.
4. Submit. Event should be listed in the main calendar.
5. People can add they are attending by selecting "attend event" under the options tab, next to your user name.
6. If you want to remove yourself from an event, simply click the red person x icon, and you will remove yourself from the event.
7. A forum topic should be generated in the "Combat Drops" forum linking to the calendar event. If your event is somewhere specific, a location should be included.
